Frequently asked questions

Is filtered water good for babies?
100%! As parents ourselves, we know infants shouldn’t be exposed to bad bacteria for the first six months.
While boiling water can help remove bacteria, it does not eliminate other contaminants such as chlorine, fluoride, micro plastics and heavy metals. A filtration system for your whole home is the safest and most effective way to protect your little ones from all bad contaminants.
How often do we need to change the filters?

Filters commonly need replacing once a year, however depending on your home, the area you live in, size of household and water source you use (i.e., tank water, surface-water, groundwater) filters may need replacing more frequently. This is because different types of water need different levels of filtration.
